These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Print File Checker (the "Service"), operated by Blueberry Cowboy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Montana limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Print File Checker analyzes image files you choose to upload — checking sharpness, print size, color mode, and file size — and offers optional resizing and background-removal tools to help you prepare artwork for printing. The Service provides informational guidance only; it does not guarantee any specific print outcome, and results depend on the printer, materials, and process you ultimately use.
You may create an account to use the Service. Free accounts include a limited number of checks. Paid plans ($5/month or $36/year at time of writing, subject to change with notice) unlock unlimited checks for the duration of an active subscription.
You retain all rights to the images and files you use with the Service. We do not claim ownership over your artwork.
You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload and use with the Service, and for complying with applicable law when using it.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent usage limits, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that print-readiness checks, sharpness estimates, or other analysis will be error-free or will guarantee any particular print quality outcome. You are responsible for verifying your files meet the requirements of whatever printer or print service you ultimately use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueberry Cowboy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including costs related to a failed or unsatisfactory print job. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account holders (such as by email) before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
